I’ve had the pleasure to work with the very dynamic Mandi Prager. Mandi helps property developers create, control and orchestrate the entire process of development from inception to the ultimate outcome, to the realization of people living or working in a remarkable development.
For the developer, better sites are secured sell down times are reduced, returns are maximised, profit projections are achieved and exceeded. Financiers come back for more.
In these developments, the people who live or work there have a better quality of life. Everyone wins.

Awkward Sydney
In Novemebr 2011, I was asked by Mia Feasey at Siren Design to have a look at logo/brand design for a new entertainment venture called Awkward, an idea by entrepreneur Fuzz Ali. Siren were engaged by Fuzz to complete the interior design through the fit out and construction company Evolve Constructions project leader Glenn Kelly.
Fuzz was setting to create a unique place to Sydney, a place you feel comfortable, a place where you feel you can let go and have fun. The initial work created included logo, website, business cards, house menu’s, social media stories, strategy and tactics. In January 2012, I was engaged by Fuzz to work with him to continue to realise the Awkward story.
Following is how we created the Awkward story.
The Awkward Story. I find what works when creating a story that people will be interested in, that people will share is to find the truth and use it. If you want people to be interested in you, be interesting. If you’re going to realise an idea, build it so it will spread. Why bother? The ideas that spread are the ideas that win.
The truth is an easy way as it’s about what people do who they are and how they go about it. After a few latte’s and laughs with Fuzz I got to see his vales and qualities. All I do was to take these, visualise them, and create the story……to be continued.
